Business visa
To obtain a Russian Entry Visa the following paperwork must be submitted to one of our offices:

Completed and signed official visa application form issued by the Consular Department. NOTE: each applicant must submit a separate form. All entries on the form must be typed or printed in block letters in English;
- Don't forget to sign the form!
- You can leave the "Department or organization to be visited" question blank
- Fill in the name of each city or village you intend on going to
- Make sure you enter in the entry and departure date! Your visa cannot be done without these dates
- You can leave the question "Do you have medical coverage valid in Russia" blank

THE ORIGINAL NATIONAL PASSPORT. It must be valid for at least six months after the date of departure from Russia. As from November 1, 2002, the visas are stamped into the passports. NOTE: the Russian visa stamp has the size of 1 open passport pages. You will need to have at least one blank Visa page in your passport to fit such a stamp;

An official invitation from an authorized organization in Russia is required by the Consulate (invitation will be provided by our agency);

One standard passport-size picture (white background) of the applicant;

Self-addressed, prepaid FedEx envelope or express mail envelope. We recommend you to send all the paperwork via FedEx;

One payment check or money order payable to Russian National Group View Visa fees NOTE: for one week or faster visa processing ONLY certified checks or money orders are accepted;

Important: the copy of the birth certificate is required for the children under 16 years old.

Please note, if you are applying for a working or a student visa must submit HIV Test (AIDS) Certificate and two photos; If you are applying for a multiple entry buisness Visa HIV Test is Not needed.

On the basis of reciprocity, citizens of Israel, Estonia, Litva, Czech Republic and Shengen Agreement States (Austria, Belgium, Greece,Denmark, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Germany, France, Finland, Sweden) should submit national medical coverage certificate valid for Russia or guarantee of medical coverage from a Russian hosting organization for all period of stay.

The Visa processing fees are changed for the citizens of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Sweden, Estonia. The fees introduced are: * For all types of visa (including multiple entry) for 10 days processing - $50 (consulate fee) + $50 (processing fee)
* For all types of visa (including multiple entry) for urgent (1-3 days) processing - $100 (consulate fee) + $50 (processing fee)
Holders of diplomatic passports of the mentioned countries will not need a visa to enter Russia for 90 days. However these provisions are not valid for the countries which did not sign the Agreement: the United Kingdom, Ireland and Denmark, as well as Iceland and Norway which are not EU member states and did not sign the Agreement with Russia.

For a double entry tourist visa you should submit a copy of the tickets for the whole itinerary.

Russian visas must be registered in the first 3 business days after your arrival. This can be done either at your hotel free of charge, OR at our downtown Moscow or St. Petersburg offices on the spot. Registration fee is $60, we'll send you registration instructions with your issued visa.

Your application will be checked and hand-carried to the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in New York the next business morning after we receive it. We shall mail it to you the day we retrieve it from the Consulate within the established processing times plus transit time to and from RNG. If you need further assistance please contact our office.
